Nearly 3 year old dd gets red puffy hands that hurt her in the cold. Today she was screaming in pain and wouldnt let them be touched or covered. An hour after being in the warm and she's still saying they hurt (but not saying it as much)
I think they're also itching. Is it chilblains.
