What could this be?

Any ideal what this could be on my ds's face?

Not trying to be short but it could be lots of things.

How/when did they show up?
Only on face?
Allergies?
Exposure to anything new?
Been himself last number of days?
How old?
Has he had chicken pox before?

Only on face I think. In fact only really one side of face and the middle. He has had chicken pox before at 3 (though it is going around at the moment). He seems fine in himself.

Impetigo? Just starting? Anything up/near his nose?

Thank you. I'm not sure about that, none near his nose and they are not scabbing up I don't think.
