My son woke at 2am last night complaining of stomach ache then came the sick not a lot compared to previous times, another 2 episodes after the first and hasn't been sick for almost 13 hours now. I'm just baffled as he has ate non stop pretty much an hour after the last episode normally I wouldn't let him have much just keep it plain etc but his appetite had not wavered at all and he was adamant he was starving and didn't feel sick anymore. He's kept everything down all day I was thinking if it was a proper stomach bug it would have come back up by now? He's now blocked up cough, stuffy nose i am so confused as to what this is/was? Anyone else's child experienced this?
