Teething and not eating

My 15 month old baby has stopped eating, due to what I think is teething. He seems starving, but each time he takes a mouthful of anything he spits it back out and cries in pain. I managed to get him to suck a fruit pouch yesterday but that and a few beans and lunchtime was all he ate. Any ideas to help him through it? He's normally such a good eater so I don't really know what to do with him!

Ice lollies? Ice cream? Yoghurt good-maybe go back to some of the infant food pouches for a day or two?

Have been in the same situation. Breast fed him more, gave him formula as well before bed, used baby food, chose soft food such as potato waffles. Also made sure I gave him pain killers regularly.

You could try giving him a dose of calpol about 30 mins before a meal? This might take some of the pain away.
