Lump on willy please help me

Hi I’m a single parent with not much family friends etc.. I have noticed a lump raisin sized on the side on my 25 month old sons willy it’s white in colour and really pertrudes I have googled symptoms and pictures and it looks like Smegma pearl? Has anyone been in the same position or experienced anything similar? I’m so scared I don’t want to rush to the hospital and take both kids out of bed (daughter of 6years) if it is nothing to worry about and they think I’m crazy for taking him there? Please help

I had this with my eldest he was about six. It turned out to be a part of where the foreskin grows and it's gone now. Don't worry, take him to the doctors tomorrow. I'm sure it's nothing to panic about x
