My wee boy is almost 20 months, he has had this rash on the back of his next for maybe 10 days but has since spread down his back slightly, over his shoulder and into his chest a wee bit. He has a cough but hasn't been well through winter and is taking longer naps (today was almost 3 hours!!!) just not sure what it could be or what to do so any help would be appreciated!!!
