My 4 week old baby..

Hi guys, so I had twins 4 weeks ago and although they are healthy happy babies one of my girls seems to have a really snotty noses and sounds like she has a cold, this only appeared yesterday.. wondering if anyone got any tips to help this go away?

Congratulations! Fellow twin mum here :)

Poor little thing having to face a cold already, and poor you!
Things that help:

Humidifier in the room to moisten the air
Snufflebabe on chest (please
Check age restrictions though, I'm not sure if it has a minimum)
Saline spray for their nose (again please check age restrictions)
Raise the head of the cot (unless they're at either end of one cot!)

But by far the most effective was a 'snot sucker' device - a little tube that goes in the babies nostril that you use to literally suck the snot out. It sounds gross but works so well... and there's a filter to stop anything from going in your mouth!
