Photo - insect bite?

Hi All, dd11 came back from her dads with these lumps on her leg. The sounding area under the bump is very hard. Do you think I need to take her to a doctor? I've put antiseptic cream and bite relief spray on it

I'd give a dose of piriton and draw around the red patch and monitor if it's going down or getting bigger.

Looks like a reaction to a bite but I'd not bother a gp unless she's really not well with it or it's getting much more swollen.

Piriton, bite cream should do it .
