Hiya
I had my son today and it's the first time I have noticed this stain on his teeth. it's like a brown lump over the top of it. i spoke to his mum and she says the dentist has said it's calcum deficiency.
I have no idea how to upload a picture to this to get a second opinion. To me it looks like tooth decay.
What's can I do about this?
