Can anyone tell me if this needs to be check as an emergency or can wait until tomorrow. Docs won't give me an appoint until tmoz and I don't like taking the kids to hospital unless I feel it's really needed as I hate wasting their time!! Thanks

Have you held a glass over it to see if it blanches

Is he well otherwise? Recent coughs, colds? Does it fade when pressed? Many kids get viral rashes, so depends a lot on other symptoms too.

Sorry for late reply...ended up getting a docs appoint. It was a severe viral rash. To go back in 2 days to have it checked as it was in his mouth and ears also. Thanks for replying. Scary when it's something u know so little about x
