18 month old regularly sick after eating

Hi as there is no dadsnet I'll post my question here.
I have a nearly 19 month old boy.
He acts very healthy only about a month ago he started regularly being sick, normaly after tea.
I dont think its a milk thing as he has milk every morning and is not normally sick in the morning.
He doesn't act ill and returned to playing within minutes of being sick.
It started when he had a cold and the doctor didnt seem too interested as thought it would just be getting rid of mucas.... The cold has gone now and although he has had a bit of a runny bum of late, he's no longer snotty.
Is this likely to just be a stomach bug thats followed the cold or im i missing something.
Any advice would be good because as said our doctor doesnt seem concerned.

If it's been going on for a month I'd go back to the gp
