Help with milia or flat warts

Hi

I have seen threads on this topic without answers so hoping I could get some help from someone in the same boat.

My little boy is just 2. From the age of one he started to get little flesh coloured bumps near his mouth on just one side and one above his eye.
The pharmacist said it was just a skin defect but it only came about from 1 after a day at a play centre.
The doctor said it was milia and should disappear within a few months.
I am currently waiting for another doctors appointment with my own GP in the meantime a few has gone to 14 small bumps around his mouth. No pain and only visible close up or in the right light.
Someone mentioned this could be flat warts but not heard of these before.
Has anyone had their child get flat warts or milia lasting over a year.
How was it treated?

I am so sorry for the long waffling question.

Or is it molluscum contagiosum?

That is the first thing I thought when I went to the doctors however they do not dip in the centre and are all flesh coloured so this was ruled out by the doctor right away.
