Hey
My daughter is 12 weeks old & for the last 4 weeks had diarrhoea & reflux - the doc send me to the children's hospital and was advised from HV to change milk (aptimal to aptimal pepti) as it may be a milk protein allergy

Since Tuesday when we changed the milk we have had 1 dirty nappy (few hours after milk change) but nothing else she's so unsettled & usually a little smiley girl. She's only wants to drink about 1oz of milk and then will cry and agitated

She also has the smelliest farts (like eggs) so TMI but smells that bad you would like she has done a BM!

Not sure what to do... any help would be appreciated xo

I think you need to go back to the dr: or call your consultants secretary and see if you can speak to them or be seen on a rapid next day appointment.

Sometimes with CMPA they need a different type of formula where the protein is broken down more. Also what treatment are you having for reflux?

She has settled down not after doing a BM but will still speak to my doctor on Monday! She's on a gaviscon infant x

Yeah you need to go back to GP.

We had similar, eventually were given neocate formula for her cmpa and omeprazole for silent reflux and she became much happier. It did take us a long time to get there though. Really feel for you.
