Hi all
My 10 yr old DD keeps having bouts of bad tummy ache with sickness &loads of wind!
It can be happen at any time of day or night.i get her to walk round alot, suck mints&give her Calpol to relieve the pain.shes literally crying with it&holding her tummy.it seems to be either side of her tummy button sometimes more on one side or the other.
She sometimes has lots of sick burps, sometimes is very sick&sometimes it's just like a burp sick but without burping!it's very strange!
It seems to be happening on almost a monthly basis, sometimes more.
I'm gonna get a drs app for her but just wondered if anyone on here as had any experience of the same thing&can shed some light on it.Dr Google doesn't really come up we think much!

I've just googled it moreismore&though she has a couple of the symptoms when it happens it doesn't really sound like that's what's happening.

Could it be hormonal if it's happening around once a month? Maybe ramping up to starting her periods?

babayjane67 · 04/02/2019 17:03

That has crossed my mind blackink but have never known that to happen to anyone before!I have 2 grown up dds, nieces etc.
Can that happen?it started about a year ago maybe roughly.
Even when we've been on a weekend away or a wedding it's started in the evening.
