Chronic diarrhoea

Hi, has anybody else had a 1 year old suddenly have diarrhoea without any other symptoms? We're now in 3rd week of it. Could it be teething? Drs been useless. Confused

Google toddler diarreah, it could be the start of that if there are no other symptoms at all. I don't think teething would cause it to be continuous for 3 weeks. Or it could be a food allergy just starting, you could keep a food/poop diary and see if there's any correlation.
