My 7yo DD was ill before and through the Christmas holidays - as we all were. She had a vomiting but then a bad cold type virus. She doesn't have symptoms of these anymore. Don't know if relevant to current problems.
Since new year, however, she has complained of fatigue and aches. She describes the aches as "aching bones", but it seems to be mainly her abdomen, flanks and mid to upper back. Seems worse at night, but she seems lethargic during the day too, which stops her enjoying some activities.
2 GP visits so far. First, she was given Lactulose. Second, paracetamol and request to call back in a few days to update. I need to call GP tomorrow. I am worried. What could this be, and what should I expect of GP?
