Congestion after babies first imms

Hi everyone
I was just wondering whether it’s normAl for babies to be very congested after immunisations .
I’ve read online that fever is normal , which my baby had for the first 24hrs but fine with calpol. But he is heavily congested and is finding it difficult to sleep and then becoming very upset .

He had bronchiolitis at 3 weeks old and has always been a bit “nasally” following this but fine otherwise. so wondered if maybe it’s somehow connected to that and maybe I shouldn’t have given immunisations ? Or I don’t know I’m just worrying
