Spot? Under skin on dd upper lip

Started off as a pimple but now it's a lump under the skin. Been about 3 weeks I want it gone!! Threatened to take her to gp to get it lanced is there anything else I can do?

if you're worried or its causing her discomfort take her to the doctor for a checkup, the other thing to do is get this photo taken down, sadly there are some odd people out there, hope she feels better soon.

She's 9. It just looks like flat red mark but I can feel a big lump under her skin
