Rash on one bum cheek for a week

2 year old developed a raised spotty rash on one bum cheek about a week ago. It hasn't spread, but it does look angrier. She's well and the rash doesn't bother her. The redness fades if you apply pressure.

Initially it looked like heat rash, but it's been a week and is still doing its thing. Any ideas?

Planning on taking to doctors on Monday if not getting better.

To me it looks like a reaction to something or maybe something has been rubbing on her? Have you used anything different? Detergent? Different bubble bath? Changed nappies? (If she’s still in nappies)

Have you been applying any cream to it?

DD used to get a rash similar to this. You can buy a cream called Drapolene. It worked wonders for hers. Found it better than sudocrem but you can’t find it everywhere anymore. I found it in a small independent chemist rather than Boots. Or perhaps try Savlon?
