Easy recipe toddler meals

Looking for any meals that I can make from scratch for my toddlers that are quick and easy to make?

cauliflower mac and cheese, i make this and then chop up broccoli into tiny pieces to put in too (i do not put the broccoli in the sauce, i just stir it in right at the end)

hidden veggie meatballs, i give the kids these for lunch (cold) with carrot sticks and some yogurt, or for dinner with some pasta and tomato sauce.
