Pityriasis Rosea, what did you do?

my 11 year old daughter has got this, just wondering if anyone has any experience in this and what they put on it to help with the itch?
how long did it last?
any help is appreciated, doctors say no treatments but the itch is driving her nuts

My son had it a few years ago, lasted about 4 weeks.
Antihistamine and just some moisturiser (with no perfume) should help.

We used exorex which was quite good. Didn’t make the rash go faster but the moisturiser helped

Oh i got that when I was around 30 out of nowhere! It lasted about a month and the itchiness was out of this world!!!
Anything with oat inside helped massively, even oats inside the bath helped a lot
