White spot on baby's nipple?

I noticed a white spot on my three month old baby girls nipple yesterday. It is hard and white and right in the middle, doesn't seem to bother her at all. I am breastfeeding and taking microgynon 30 pill, could it be hormonal? Anyone had this before?

My daughter had this. It's something to do with hormones I think I was told. Nothing to worry about the HV or MW told me but if you are worried then ask them 😀
