My DD1 is now due her MMR and have just had DD2 (now 3 weeks) - just wondering if there is any risk to DD2 as a live vaccine?

It's fine.

It's internal so as long as your three week old isn't changing any nappies they will be fine just practice good hand hygiene

Thanks @abbsiss, good to know - I have separate change mats and a huge supply of carex (and very dry hands right now) - but didn't think about that - It's actually quite important to know as it is a constant changing station here right now!

Just remember that Carex is an antibacterial product. It won't protect against viruses. So make sure you are washing hands thoroughly and properly with hot water and soap. Much more effective.
