3 year old with flu/throwing up

Do I need to take her to doctors or just put her bk to bed? I know normally it would be stay at home but I'm not sure since she's so young.

Does she have any breathing problems? Or sound chesty ? As pneumonia can make you sick

@missloum no her breathing is fine. Shes quite pale and has only thrown up twice this morning and has gone back to sleep. I've been ill myself the past few days with flu so unfortunately I think the poor thing has caught it off me.
