Dd had this a few days, going to take her to the doctors tomorrow but just wondered. An allergic reaction? Or something else do you think? Just wondering as dh has a weakened immune system so hoping it's nothing contagious

Sorry just seen this, yep it's shingles. Starting to really itch her now but gp won't give her anything

She can take piriton and use any chicken pox remedies e.g. oat bath, poxclin, virasoothe, etc

Oh the poor love! Yes to piriton, e45 itch relief cream worked on DD when she had the pox, sure it would work the same on shingles?
