3 month old has had diarrhoea since late october. Varies between dark yellow and bright green always with muscous in. Doctor isn’t concerned because he’s growing well. It suddenly changed overnight (previously yellow smooth once a week or so) when i drank some milk. Have been off dairy since and the number of nappies has gone down but still this muscousy green diarrhoea 1-3 times a day. Any ideas?
