deciding whether or not to do TED for toddler

so I am trying to decide whether or not to do a 3 week elimination diet for my toddler - almost 2. We have been battling with reflux and KP (keratosis pilaris rash) with out little one - have managed to reduce reflux to an occasional occurance (1-2 times per week) and rash is about 60% better - have eliminated gluten, nuts, soy, and dairy except he is on goats milk formula as haven't wanted to try DF formula from doctors because it is so processed... I am not sure that all of these need to be eliminated or whether maybe we also need to eliminate eggs as his reflux is still triggered sometimes... thinking about eliminating all common allergens for 3 weeks then challenging them one at a time but wondering whether I am just being pedantic as things are much better than they were... any advice would be much appreciated :-)

Trial switching the goats milk to oat milk? Goats milk protein and cows milk protein are sufficiently similar that there's a lot of cross reactivity.

As far as I’m aware, KP is totally harmless, isn’t it? I’ve not heard of treating reflux by food restrictions either. Seems a very radical thing to do for two mild conditions.

PS, have you tried using a cream with a high percentage of urea for KP, if it really bothers you?

KP is it influenced by food. You sound quite anxious.
