is his croup/stridor getting better?

last night my son had dex for his croup they sent him home as thought he was ok but hes still heavy breathing. The noise isn't raspy anymore and he's not sucking in when breathing. He's been getting really excited and playing today so i think that's enhanced it, he is breathing heavy still he isn't breathing fast but just very loud. Should I be worried ?

Have the air humid tonight, preferably with a humidifier or vapouriser or wet towels on the radiator, it makes s big difference
