Has anyone had any experience of this? Has pain weeing and high blood pressure, no water infections. Been referred to renal unit. Just wanted to know what to possibly expect.

Ds had these symptoms, plus blood and protein in his wee. He was really poorly and in hospital for a week as blood pressure was dangerously high. It was glomerular nephritis.... part of an autoimmune problem called iGa that had been triggered by a virus. He was on blood pressure medication for a while but made a full recovery. It has reoccurred mildly a couple of times but nothing like the first time and we know it could happen again, particularly after a virus or when very stressed.

Blood in his wee is another thing that's been reoccurring for a few months, he's being sent for kidney ultrasound and a dye test on his kidney! Back in a fortnight for more blood pressure tests done....😫
