I think my Ds is constipated as he hardly goes to the toilet but when he does it's a hard task for him, screaming, straining n only pooing out tiny wee dough like balls, I've tried cooled boiled water, upping his feeds and even prune juice nothing seems to be helping... Anyone any suggestions??

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If things are that bad and you have exhausted all your options (including maxing out on fruit & veg and drinking plenty of fluids), children of this age could be put on a low dose of laxative by the GP to help with stool softening.
