Brushfield spots?

I will be asking a healthcare professional, but if anyone has any experience... do these look like Brushfield spots typical of Down syndrome? I’ve never been told LO has downs but I’m not sure what these spots are?

I think even professionals would be reluctant to commit based on these photos - no offence, it's just a bit too hard! There are similar spots found in genetically normal people too so if your child doesn't have any other DS traits at all you can be quite reassured. Depending on who looks at your child they may refer you for a paediatrician or ophthalmologist appointment if they're not sure.

I get what you mean I will be asking the Heath visitor anyway. We are getting LO seen for a turn in the spring anyway

Hello
@JingleJake just curious about what came of your child's eyes. My little girl has spots too.
Thanks
