Hi im new here, seaking advice here before doctor as mine is pants! My 7 year old boy complained of spots on his feet i sort of (stupidly) brushed it off until now when hes scratching in bed and I have looked and he has spots that he as caught and have scabbed but he has like yellow head type of spots on his feet, 1 right big 1 on his sole and a smaller 1 on the top of his foot any idea what this could be??
