We were prescribed some yesterday.
I was just wondering how long it was before your lo saw any improvement if it worked for them?
It's early days still for us, but baby's bottom is still red raw and hot to touch, weepy and so so sore for him.
I'm doing all I can. I just feel so awful I can't make it better faster 😢

My dd had awful happy rash in her first couple of weeks. It worked quick and now she is 11 months she rarely gets any issue.

Bless. How quick?
I've got it in my head it isn't going to work (because nothing else has).
My boys 8m old. He's been lucky enough to never have nappy rash so far. But this one certainly makes up for that!!

Just use metanium - it’s magic

Redskyandrainbows67 · 15/12/2018 06:43

And if it’s not working maybe it’s a fungal or bacterial infection instead? There’s a 3 in 1 cream you can get from dr which covers all bases..

Thanks redsky. We've been using metanium for a few days, it's done nothing. I'm still using it alongside the hydrocortisone.
I think we might be back to see the nurse on Monday.
It's gonna be a long weekend.
