Infected finger, end of antibiotics

DD started antibiotics last Friday for an infection in the nail bed after an injury at nursery, it was for 7 days so due to finish tomorrow.
It's still a bit red, puffy and she says it still hurts so do we go back or do we give it a few days after finishing the meds?

It might be red and puffy because of swelling still.
If it was my daughter I would do regular salt baths and give ibuprofen for swelling. If it was still swollen after a couple more days I would go to the GP
