19 month old with spot?!

Afternoon,

I have just noticed my little girl has a spot on her cheek. It wasn't there when she went down for a nap at 11am but was there when she woke up at 1pm.

Surely she's too young for adult whitehead spots so any idea what it is?!

Babies can get spots from birth its normal. It will go away on its own unless it spreads into a rash.
