Bazuka help!

Twotome · 10/12/2018 21:11

My 6 year old DD now has 5 veruccas which i cannot get rid of.

I have been using bazuka, which advises to peel off and reapply each night, but it sticks like superglue and is impossible to peel off.

As a result, she is left with solid lumps which are worse than the original veruccas. I have tried soaking them and filing them, to no avail.

What am i doing wrong?

Take her to gp or a chiropodist for advice as she has so many

My doctor advised using a scalpel.

DS has these things for over a year and they only went when we stopped using the various lotions and potions.

I’d go to a chiropodist.

I found the same op. I just kept applying it and after about a week it and a huge chunk of skin which contained the verrucas peeled off.

SoyDora · 12/12/2018 08:58

^ same as Stealth. DD2 has one and I just reapplied every night until it was a big chunk, then peeled the big chunk off and the black roots came out with it.

It was very satisfying peeling it off Grin

The worst thing is ds's skin/verruca patch was hanging off for a few days and now it's gone. We don't know where. I have changed bedding and DH has thoroughly hoovered. I'm hoping it's just sort of dissolved.

My boys both suffered with multiple verrucas. Tea tree oil neat, applied morning and night, they fall off after maximum two weeks.

Thanks everyone. Glad it's not just me with the Bazuka building up - hopefully it comes off with the verucca attached soon!

If not, ill have a look at using the Tea tree oil and a trip back to the doctors.
