Chicken Pox and sleep

23 month old DS diagnosed with chicken pox by GP on Friday. Was his usual chirpy self until he took a turn on Sunday evening.

He woke twice in the night and at 4am seemed to have vomited some strange dry odourless chunks that resembled bread (he only ate toast and beans all day that day).

He woke at 8am today which is out of character and was laying there in the same position I left him in at 5am.

Went straight back to sleep on my chest on the sofa at 8am. That was for a couple of hours or so. And he's been sleeping since half 12 until 5pm. He's so lethargic and just wants to lay down. He seems in so much discomfort ☹️ keeps closing his eyes even now.

I rang 111 this morning and they got my GP to call me. Doesn't seem there's anything else I could be doing except administering Calpol. Is this much lethargicness normal in chicken pox?
