Teething nightmare

My son is 9 month old and cut his bottom two teeth at around 7 months old. He is currently cutting all 4 top teeth. He is not sleeping and obviously very cranky (which I can totally understand why) any tips on how to soothe him tried calpol, teething powders, gels and anbesol nothing seems to help

Have you tried nurofen? I found that much better for teething pain.
