My 2 yr old has been peaking with 39 temps which respond to calpol / neurofen. When she sleeps, she wakes after an hour or so drenched in sweat, and she is v cold temp to 36/ 35.9 - she has had calpol in the last two hours. We've never seen this before in her. Is this a normal reaction to a fever?
