Is this chicken pox?

DS (7mo) had developed spots on his lower back. I'm a FTM with no mum friends so do t know anyone who could tell me if this is chicken pox.

I think too localised to be CP. It usually covers the body.

I wouldn’t say it was chicken pox. The spots look too small.

However it could be hand foot and mouth. It is found in the genital area as well as hands (and arms); feet (and legs). Does he have any spots on his feet etc?

Alternatively could be heat rash where his nappy has been.
