Sore throat and tonsillitis

My 2 year old boy start having sore throat again with fever after having bad tonsillitis 3wks algo.
Can somebody suggest what I should do to avoid this to happen so often ??

Does he regularly get tonsillitis?
Apart from taking vitamins I don’t think there is much you can do (although definitely keep in touch with dr whenever he has tonsillitis especially if it happens all the time).
He is only 2 and his immune system is still developing.
It’s a common age for them to always be poorly. My youngest especially was always ill.
They do ‘tend’ to grow out of it. My son is now 4 and I can’t remember the last time he was off nursery sick.

However some kids have tonsillitis or ear infections etc too much and they maybe need referred to Ear Nose and Throat dept.
