Best Travel Sickness Tablets?

DD is 10 and has recently developed car sickness.

Anyone able to recommend an efficient medication?

Kwells Kids- better than some others because they work fast. (Stugeron, for example, you have to take two hours in advance - not great if you're heading off somewhere first thing in the morning.)

Yes, this has been an issue, the time factor.

Kwells definitely, I hand them out when we get on a ferry, no problems.

Also gave one to a mum next to us with a green child (On ferry five mins out of port) and her son recovered in 5-10 minutes.
