12 year old son says he's been going for a wee and then needing to carry on after. He said it feel a like there's more to come and if he pushes more will. No other symptoms and been happenijg this week. To me it sounds like an infection but without other symptoms seems unlikely. I'll get a sample to the doc tomorrow but just wondered if anyone had any insight into what this could be please?
