Rash on child's back

Hi for the last two days my 3 year old has had a rash on her back. She said it isn't itchy and she has no other symptoms. Is totally well otherwise. I can't get an appointment with GP for a month. They told me to ask a pharmacist about it but they didn't have a clue and referred me back to my GP. I'm really going to press my doctors for an earlier appt on Mon but in the meantime I've attached a couple of photos and wondered if anyone knew what the rash might be? Thank you.

Could it be shingles? My dd had shingles at age 7. She had a rash similar around her chest. It got more sore and itchy after a few days. She was a bit unwell with it though.

Thanks for your reply. I've had shingles myself a few months ago and my daughter's rash looks very similar. My daughter hasn't had chicken pox though. Can she still get shingles do you know? Did your dd have any treatment?

Shingles is a reactivation of the chicken pox virus so you can't have shingles without having chicken pox beforehand.

My dd didn't have treatment as such, just antihistamine and told to apply cream as you would on chicken pox. The shingles rash goes blistery so if that happens you would know.
