Make Kid Grow Taller

I'm curious to discover if there is anything which can be done to encourage a child to grow taller? Such as doing a specific type of exercise or taking vitamin supplements etc? I appreciate genetics is involved, however I have seen children of average height parents/grandparents grow much taller than them.

Did you notice your child start shooting up in height after introducing anything new into their routine?

I look forward to reading any type of feedback regarding height.

Good nutrition, balanced diet, lots of protein, plenty of sleep and all that.

My grandmothers are quite a bit shorter than me and I'm a bit taller than my mum and aunt. My brother and cousins are was taller than my grandads and a bit taller than my dad and uncles. My generation and my parents definitely ate better than my grandparents generation (rationing and, I think, poverty).

You could try giving them an egg:
