advice on ill daughter

my daughter has had a bug since Monday I've been giving her Calpol she's been sick a few times but she doesn't seem to be getting any better should I take her to a&e she's not crying in pain or anything just high temp n sicky

Not a&e, can u still get a docs apt? If u explain.. or u will have to try and get an out of hours appointment.. it's the weekend now so ur goin to struggle

Depends on age. If less than 1 I would take to gp or out of hours. But being sick a few times isn't so bad as long as she's having regular fluids. Ear and throat infection and even urine infection can cause random sickness. Ds woke up in the early hours of yesterday being sick, over and over until lunchtime, turns out he has tonsillitis and is now on antibiotics, so definitely worth getting a doc to check her over.

No school either for minimum of 48 hours after last episode of sickness.
