DD has a TB one today (she’s 5 weeks). She was very good but I hated it despite always being fine with needles myself. I had to close my eyes.
The nurse told me this is the least invasive so I’m neverous about her other ones!

Aww no, I hate needles so am really not looking forwards to him getting three put in his tiny wee legs. How has she been since, any temperatures or being really upset?

She’s been absolutely fine! The worst part was having to hold her so tight. She is a real wriggler though! I held her and a second nurse held her as well!

I asked the nurse if I could close my eyes which really made DM laugh! But I really didn’t want to see it m!

Awww that's good that she's been fine, my boys pretty wriggly too so I'll have to hold him tight I was hoping to feed him while it happens but apparently they don't allow that☹️

Honestly, dont worry. The HV were always friendly and really quick, my dd didn’t ever like it, but it was over very fast and she was fine afterwards. Sometimes she’d have a bit of an upset tummy and sleep more, but it was always ok.
