Heart condition

Has anyone's baby been diagnosed with a heart condition from 20 week scan.
I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant and my baby has a heart condition..
I'm looking for support groups or some sort of support that can help me understand the condition , treatment and recovery a bit better ?

Not diagnosed at 20 weeks, but a few days after birth. There are some great facebook groups, usually for a specific condition as there are many, varying from easily fixed to really complicated.

Also, your hospital should book in a follow up appointment with a pediatric cardiologist to discuss options, especially if your baby needs treatment soon after birth, as there should be a plan in place.

It's scary having a child diagnosed with a heart condition. They flagged up an issue with my DS's heart at my 20wk scan but then the cardiac consultant gave him the all clear. He was then diagnosed with Aortic stenosis at 9mths old. In the 20wk scan, he was lying in a really awkward position so I'm sure the sonographer did spot something whereas he was lying in a normal position for the cardiac consultant which would have hidden it I think.
