Sleep and anxiety (behavioural problems)

DD has a referral for her behavioural problems and anxiety. One of the hardest to manage is her sleep issues. I have been advised to give her Phenergan to help her sleep and that it may help her anxiety about sleep too. Has anyone else used this? She is 5. Thanks X
