My DD nappy's have been a bit extra smelly lately (urine) but then other times not at all, she hates Being touch down there so I can't really get a good look to see if it's thrush etc! Iv never had thrush or a UTI in my life so I don't know what I'm looking for? Is it normal for her wee to smell now and again... she doesn't seem in any discomfort and I can't get her in the doctors till next month!!!
